We collect only what we need to respond to you and support our work.
Information you give us
Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
Donations: when you give, Zeffy, our donation platform, collects your name, email address, payment details, and the amount and date of your gift. Zeffy may also ask for your mailing address. Zeffy shares your donation details with us so we can thank you and keep accurate records.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace collects basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and your general location based on your IP address. We see this information as summary visitor statistics, and it does not identify you by name.
We use Zeffy, a third-party platform, to process donations and manage our mailing list sign-ups. When you donate or join our mailing list, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and payment details) is collected and processed by Zeffy under its own privacy policy. We use your email address only to send updates about Seeds of Equity, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Squarespace uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others give us visitor statistics so we can see which pages people read.

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information, and we do not share it with other organizations for their fundraising.

We share personal information only:
With service providers that help us run the site and accept donations, such as Squarespace and Zeffy, and only so they can provide those services.
When the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of Seeds of Equity or others.

Our website links to our Instagram page (@seedsofequity). When you visit Instagram or interact with us there, Instagram's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
